ADT4Blue 1st Open Call

The 18th of October is the opening date of the first ADT4Blue Open Call! Applications will be possible until the 18th of December 2024. The initiative aims to select 20 innovative ideas and train 20 teams to develop solutions based on Advanced Digital Technologies (ADT), addressing interregional challenges across five key Blue Economy sectors:

1. Acquaculture & Fisheries

2. Communications

3. Maritime Transport

4. Ocean Monitoring Conservation & Marine Ecosystems Protection

5. Port Activities

ADT4Blue Matchmaking Event

Save the Date: 10 October at 11 AM CET ADT4Blue Matchmaking Session will take place online, offering to the participants of Open Call 1 a prime opportunity for team building. While attendance is not mandatory, it’s strongly encouraged for those still looking for the perfect teammates or fine-tuning their ideas before submitting to the Open Call.

Explore the challenges and select the one that sparks your interest. If you plan to apply with an open challenge, get ready to pitch your idea to the other participants in a 5-minutes presentation.

Zarautz Consortium Meeting

From the 17th to the 19th of September, the representatives of the 13 ADT4Blue consortium partners met in Zarautz, in the Spanish Basque Country, to finalize the preparation of the the next Open Call and the Accelerator Programme. Hosted by Urola Kostako, the gathering also offered the opportunity to explore the region’s thriving Blue Economy sectors and the key challenges they face.
